Observations at the Careil lake During my studies in Rennes, I was not as diligent in ornithology as today. I still managed to discover some magnificent places in Ille-et-Vilaine (35). One of them is the Etang de Careil, discovered during an outing organized by Bretagne Vivante and guided by a volunteer ornithologist who has long followed the pond. The Aiguillon Bay National Nature Reserve If there is one place on the coast of central-western France to see, it is the Baie de l'Aiguillon.
